Refund policy

I will so my best to refund you if I cannot make and send the product, but I can't cancel your order once it is placed.

If you choose one of the shipping options without insurance that's at your own risk.  If an insured item goes missing I should be able to get your money back from Royal Mail eventually but I probably won't be able to replace stuff lost in the post because I'm not planning to overstock.
